We Are Blessed. We Are Alive. We Are Created in the Image of the Creator.

Where are we right now? What weight is on your mind and body that is dimming your spirit? As your eyes pass over these words, you are forgiven. You are blessed.

A man or woman will receive justice and reactions for the actions they sow. Justice is delivered swiftly—not hundreds or thousands of times. Give it up. Let go of the pain and judgment and embrace yourself again. Stand tall, chin up, shoulders back, and breathe in deep.

We have the ability to rise. You are not stuck. You are expanding. You are not limited; you are learning. You are not small, you are growing. You are worthy of changing the narrative of your life.

Each day is a new day to create your reality. The way that you focus on a daily basis will determine your life.

Rise up! Take control again. I love you.

Call to God in times of joy, sadness, confusion, clarity, isolation, and fame. Praise the creator and appreciate your ability to co-create.

I grew up not believing in a creator, in God. I was not taught this, and I did not feel the presence of God in the people around me. I occasionally joined the family for church events but never connected to the stream and power of the divine.

When I was in high school, I went down a dark road. Caught in the mix of the judgment of others and my own lack of self-worth and confidence, I reached out to the church.

I saw lies and hypocrisy. I went there for a space to release my struggles and find peace, but I realized that maybe this wasn’t the "place."

At the end of the service, a man approached me and asked if I wanted to be "saved." I asked him if it was really that simple. I was confused as to how another man could make it happen. It seemed empty to me. It seemed too easy to be true. I didn’t know God. How could I come to church one time and be saved?

I didn’t find God until I was 26 years old, in May 2020. God spoke to me in times of family crisis. When I let go of the control over the outcome of a family member in critical condition, just as I was about to break down, I heard the voice of God reassure me. I stood tall, filled with a peace I would never forget. I heard the voice of God, and my life forever changed.

I realized that this life was greater than the physical and mental. There is a spiritual world that lies as the foundation of all that exists. God is the creator of all that exists.

Find yourself. Not the version someone else told you to be or the version they accepted.

Find the version of you that rips through the paradigms and boxes that keep you small and limited in your self-expression.

Do not play small in this life due to fear. Fear of the unknown, fear of judgment, fear of what could go wrong, fear of your greatness.

Rise up and create a life worth living. Create a life that you choose deliberately every day. You have one life. Expand.

I am what I choose. I express myself how I choose. I walk this life how I choose. I am not small and I will not bend to the world of others. I will not waste my time doubting and playing the victim. I am here to BUILD, LEAD, AND INSPIRE.

Wake up and align your thoughts! Align your actions! Align yourself.

We are not here to just get by. We are here to thrive.

You are on your path, at your pace.

Stand tall with me. Be proud of the new decisions you’re making for the better version of you. Rise to your new level and invite others who are able to join you. Don’t beat yourself up trying to pull others up who aren’t helping themselves. Do not judge yourself for making your life a priority. You are worthy of self-respect and boundaries. You are worthy of growing past expectations.

One day at a time, rise up.

I choose the higher road. I choose the road where I don’t entertain the distractions and instead seek God and express my knowing to the world.

I am not playing small. I am not here to back down from the truth of the power within us all.

Taking your power back means making a decision.

Hold yourself to a higher standard.
This means that you no longer follow the crowd.
You are steadfast in your goals and your habits.
You are aligned with the version you desire.
Discipline is not about having total control. It’s about alignment with your authentic self. You are now crossing a new dimension of growth and evolution. You are called to adventure and connection with the power you hold. Your day-to-day life can also be the foundation on which you build a new reality and standard for your health and the safety of your family.

We do not have time to waste. Faith without works is dead. If I cannot control my own emotions and habits and practice what I preach, then there will be no power behind the words that I speak.

I am a man who chooses his destiny, and so are you. Men and women have the power inside themselves to grow and evolve.

Do not be afraid. Venture into your life and expand. You have what it takes. Don’t play small. Be who you are supposed to be.

What will you do with what you have been blessed with?

I will not play small.

I will not think of myself in a bad light.

I will not play the victim. I am blessed to be alive!

This is my life and I choose to live powerfully and express myself authentically.

I am a king and I have to wake up each day and remind myself of who I am.

I am.

I am not a role. I am not confined by a simple title of achievement.

At my core, I am life.

I am an energy that occupies this body and mind.

The mind is mine to direct and develop. My mind is unique.

My desire to grow and make a better life for myself overpowers any doubt. We must wake up and remember who we are. Remember that you have the power to create worlds and reality.

You have the power to focus. You have the power to choose. You have the power to act. You have always had the power.

So what do we do about this life that you claim to want to live and enjoy? Live and enjoy it!

There have been many powers at play to keep you small... but they are unsuccessful.

The objective of your life is to uncover the truth about yourself through God and your life experiences.

I choose to focus the mind.

I choose to discipline the body.

I choose to act from a place of clarity and authenticity.

I choose to be the better version of myself every day.

I choose to stoke the fire.

I am the fire. I am determined and committed to the process of growth and transformation. I am willing to do what it takes. I decide to make the time, I decide to focus, I decide to express my life on my terms.

You can play small and act from the structures and expectations of the past, or you can start today and build the momentum you have been talking about for years.

If you are seeking improvements in your life, start with self-improvement. The greatest investment you will ever make is in yourself and in the people around you.

Without self-discipline, you will break under pressure and distract yourself. Most people with self-discipline do not wait to feel good before they act. First, we must act and build the momentum and energy.
